Well it's been years since I trained on a regular basis so yesterday I thought a change is needed.... The jeans seem tight and I'm getting no younger.
Decided on a speed march a nice little 8 miler, I was knackered by the time I got back home but managed it in 2 hrs.
A few weeks at speed walks then it's RWR run walk runs to build the stamina up and then I can hit the gym with some dignity
P.S I did take a HT with me and in those two hours not a sausage on 2 metres!
So managed to combine some ham activity, can't see me in the gym with a HT that may get some weird looks.
