What tree is this

Unread post by Sangoma »

Any one know what tree this is?
At the moment it is about 9' tall in a large pot, fairly slender stem with green bark.
The bark looks similar to ash, and the leaves do, but there is only three on each stem.

It seems very familiar, as if I should know what it is, so it may well not be native to the UK.

Yes, that is the conclusion, thanks, that confirms it.
They are poisonous.

I'm surprised there is no signs of it having flowered, and no seed pods on it
