Christmas Raffle ideas

Unread post by M0XXQ »

Just wondering who would be up for participating in a site Christmas raffle, looking for ideas and suggestions - Financial contribution or no contribution, part charity donation or not - Discuss.

Cheers

If you do it, I would like to see one number allocated per £5 donation (for example), so some one who gives £25 would have five numbers, and some one who gives £5 would have one number..

I would be in, for the fun of it if nothing else.

Good idea Steve, that makes perfect sense and is very fair.
I would insist on a video draw, so not only can any doubt of "favouritism" be dispelled but also it would be fun for the participants to see, thrill of the gamble and all that.

Good idea Steve, I would support any idea and raffle, as I did on other forums for years.

I don't think Ill be included in the HRD raffle this year, I wonder if Mick & Co will refund what I paid in to date
Donated a brand new Handy to that raffle one year as well, how foolish!!

Yep, cracking idea Rob.

I used to contribute to the same site, but one of the Admins smart-mouthed me ... twice. So I imposed a £20 fine.

They would have paid it off this year. :)

You can speak freely on here without fear of being persecuted. Different site, different rules. :D
